Reminders:

Custom items are made to order unless stated otherwise. Custom orders take 2-3 weeks (not including holidays/weekends) to be made and then shipped. Please remember that once your order is shipped, we no longer have control on arrival time and on lost/stolen products.

No refunds on custom items and on open/used lip and body care unless it arrives damaged! Also, no refunds on mistakes made by the postal office once we hand over the package to them.
